Ila, tem realizado concertos de canto e violino em toda a Índia e foi apresentado em países como Suíça, França e Canadá. A sua habilidade transpareceu em concertos desafiantes como Pancha gana Raga Tana Pallavi, Navaragakshara RTP e o tala Simhanandana tala RTP de 128 unidades por ciclo. Em junho de 2017, Ila r representou a Índia em Uganda , Tanzânia e África do Sul e atuou como Delegado Cultural Indiano. Ela recebeu grande apreço do primeiro-ministro de Uganda, Sr. Ruhakana Rugunda, do ex-primeiro-ministro da Tanzânia e de vários outros ministros que testemunharam sua performance. Ila é um músico versátil e colabora com diferentes formas de arte, como Bharatanatyam, Odissi e muitas produções de dança contemporânea, músicos de jazz e compôs música para muitas produções e peças de teatro. Ela recentemente fez sua estreia como cantora de playback para o filme do sul da Índia (Kannada) chamado Monsoon Raga. Ila, tem tocando concertos de dueto de violino e também dueto de violino vocal com seu marido Vid. KJ Diliip e foi apreciado como o primeiro casal indiano a fazer concertos de dueto de violino carnático e um casal único a realizar concertos de dueto de violino-vocal. Eles têm se apresentado juntos por toda a Índia e também em outros países como Paris para o evento “A Noite Europeia do Museu”, Suíça e Itália.
