Ila Diliip Principalement chanteuse, mais porte la sienne même en tant que violoniste. Pour Ila, exprimer ses idées était organique en chantant. Son public peut vivre un voyage d'un jardin de tulipes idyllique à une immense symphonie orchestrale. Ila est la mélodie intrépide de lakkshya. Ila, a donné des concerts de chant et de violon à travers l'Inde et a été présenté dans des pays comme la Suisse, la France et le Canada. Son talent s'est révélé dans des concerts stimulants tels que Pancha gana Raga Tana Pallavi, Navaragakshara RTP et le tala Simhanandana tala RTP à 128 unités par cycle. En juin 2017, Ila r a représenté l'Inde en Ouganda , la Tanzanie et l'Afrique du Sud et s'est produit en tant que délégué culturel indien. Elle a reçu une immense appréciation de la part du Premier ministre ougandais, M. Ruhakana Rugunda, de l'ancien Premier ministre tanzanien et de plusieurs autres ministres qui ont assisté à sa performance. Ila est une musicienne polyvalente et collabore avec différentes formes d'art telles que Bharatanatyam, Odissi et de nombreuses productions de danse contemporaine, des musiciens de jazz et a composé de la musique pour de nombreuses productions et pièces de théâtre. Elle a récemment fait ses débuts en tant que chanteuse de lecture pour le film sud-indien (Kannada) appelé Monsoon Raga. Ila, a a donné des concerts de duo de violon et aussi du duo voix-violon avec son mari Vid. KJ Diliip et a été apprécié comme le premier couple indien à jouer des concerts de duo de violon carnatique et un couple unique à donner des concerts de duo voix-violon.
